有沒有過轉身抽衛生紙,結果腰卡住?
來跟我一起訓練扭轉
✨ 椅子皮拉提斯扭轉訓練
1️⃣ 坐姿脊椎扭轉
保持骨盆不動,吐氣時,上半身向一側緩慢扭轉。
2️⃣ 坐姿人魚式扭轉
先側彎,然後在側彎姿勢下,將胸口輕微向地面扭轉。
3️⃣ 坐姿肘對膝交叉
吐氣時,抬膝並讓對側手肘靠近膝蓋 (交叉扭轉)。
4️⃣ 坐姿核心穩定轉體
雙手前伸持物,緩慢向一側轉動,專注於核心穩定不晃動。
5️⃣ 坐姿斜向延伸
手臂斜上延伸,吐氣時,將手向對側斜下方收回,腹部收緊。
