告別胸悶失眠,改善呼吸的瑜伽練習

現代人生活壓力大,加上常常駝背久坐,呼吸老是不順暢。過淺的呼吸導致身體含氧量下降,容易疲倦、精神無法集中,再者,肩頸僵硬,胸悶感增加,同時自律神經也會失衡,容易焦慮失眠,這就是呼吸不順暢產生的惡性循環。

每天透過幾個簡單的瑜伽練習,讓呼吸更深沉,鬆開肩頸與背部,使得神經系統更放鬆,減少焦慮、改善睡眠品質,現在就讓我們一起來練習。

*鱷魚式橫隔膜呼吸練習
*坐姿貓牛式
*蝗蟲式
*嬰兒式
*躺姿開胸 (使用瑜伽磚)
*躺姿呼吸覺察

需要輔具:瑜伽磚、瑜伽墊
