運動清單:
你練核心都脖子酸或是腰不舒服嘛?脊椎活動度練起來!
1、坐姿抬膝收腹
• 雙手扶椅兩側,核心收緊,雙腳同時抬起靠近胸口
• 進階:雙腿伸直再收回
2、坐姿旋轉 (俄羅斯轉體變化版)
• 上半身稍微後傾,雙手合十於胸前,左右轉動軀幹
• 進階:腳離地增加挑戰
3、坐姿單腿伸直踢
• 單腳抬離地,伸直再收回
• 左右交替
4、坐姿側屈 Crunch
• 雙手放於頭後,右膝抬起同時右肘下壓靠近膝蓋
• 左右交替
一起動起來~
