平衡專注,是瑜伽練習的過程中,身體的一種覺知,一種感受,除了內在的覺知感受,外在身體肌肉骨骼也同時獲得非常好的鍛練,練習完,精氣神都會有大量的釋放與提升。建議可以循序漸進從第1集開始練習。
請準備好一張瑜伽墊,請放下所有外在外面的紛擾,把目光焦點回到自己的身上,練習過程中,一切自在一切自然,包括你順暢的呼吸。
練習瑜伽體式:山式(Mountain Pose),上舉祈禱式(Upward Mountain Pose Namaste Hands),樹式(Tree
Pose),站姿單腳平衡門閂式( Standing Gate Pose ),風吹樹式變化式(Wind Blown Tree
Pose),桌面式漂浮(TableTop Pose),上犬式(Upward-Facing Dog Pose),嬰兒式(Child’s
Pose),快樂嬰兒式及單邊變化式(Happy Baby
Pose),大休息(Savasana)。這是一集有難度的平衡練習,不論過程姿勢如何,非常開心,我們一起願意挑戰並完成了。
