【ICEM 2024】In this episode, we are joined by Dr. Anthony Cirillo and Dr. Christopher S. Kang from the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP). Our guests from ACEP were amazed by our innovative approaches and emphasized the importance of engaging officials to address challenges in emergency medicine. They noted that having high-ranking officials in the Ministry of Health and Welfare who understand emergency medicine is a key strategy they aspire to implement in the U.S. During our conversation, we were astounded to discover that despite the various healthcare insurance systems in the U.S., including those dominated by commercial insurers, the challenges they face are remarkably similar to ours.
