In this episode, we discuss how Balochistan was occupied by the British in 1839 who eventually divided & incorporated it into various countries of the region under different arbitrary boundary commissions. We also analyze the events that led to the independence of Balochistan from British colonial rule on 11 August 1947. The panel also discussed the partition of British India in context, and how Pakistan in clear violation of various treaty agreements forcefully annexed Balochistan into Pakistan on 27 March 1948.
