【本集介紹】
前陣子去參加台北大縱走二日挑戰賽，
天氣非常之糟糕，全身從裡到外沒有一處是乾的，
除了崩潰還是崩潰，心態一直處於崩潰邊緣，
但也因為這活動，
意外地認識到越野跑，
也認識了一群越野跑神人，
原來爬山是可以走這麼快的阿!!
