近位：Proximal
遠位：Distal

〇 Sagittal plane divides the body into left and right sections.
身体を左と右側に分割するのが矢状面です。
〇 Medial means towards the midline of the body.
内側（ないそく）は身体の中心に向けて、という意味です。
〇 Lateral means the side of the body or the part of the body away from the midline.
外側（がいそく）は身体の側面や、身体の中心から離れた部分、という意味です。
