Welcome to NeSlavianki! Russia is a "multinational country". More than 145 million citizens live here permanently. They represent more than 190 nationalities. Despite this, in popular culture, the image of a Russian is the image of a Slav. But what if you belong to the other 189 nations? Moreover, what if you don't belong to any of them? To understand this issue, each episode we will talk about the experience of non-white women of completely different backgrounds: migrants, representatives of indigenous peoples and ethnic minorities, children of third culture and children of mixed marriages, etc. And invited experts will help to look at the problems broadly, and answer the most exciting questions. Each episode, my guests and I will discuss different aspects of our lives, and try to answer the question: what does it feel like to be non—Slavic? Serbia and slavery: Then in 1835, when we again created a people's state, a state tailored to all citizens, we were the first in Europe to abolish slavery and feudalism with the Constitution, we wrote the Constitution that has remained a symbol of democracy to this day, which proclaimed the rights and freedoms of all citizens, the independence of the system, freedom of movement and settlement, the inviolability of the apartment and the equality of all, regardless of religion and nation, Vucevic pointed out.
