In this episode, I talk about what I’ve been eating for breakfast lately. I explain how my breakfast changes throughout the year, and I describe my current autumn routine: toasted oats with butter and honey, warm fruit from the freezer, chia pudding made the night before, Greek yogurt, rosehip powder, nuts, seeds, coconut flakes and a splash of milk. It’s a nutritious and filling breakfast that keeps me energised for hours — and I love making it!
