Sally is the Director at Zest for Life who aid companies in developing exceptional people. They design educational sessions for business decision-makers, who want to deliver exceptional service consistently to their customers in the hospitality industry, their leadership development programs and coaching aim to deliver maximum staff efficiency and a five-star mindset regardless of the environment.
Sally is so passionate about customer service and delivering amazing service no matter of the industry, she references some amazing companies throughout the conversation and provides insights into how any business can improve and enhance their customer experience.
Sally’s has over 30 years of experience working within the hospitality industry. She has led teams within Forte, Granada, Intercontinental, The Savoy & Jumeirah. Sally is also about to complete her first book, that will assist people with getting the basics of service right. As an ICF qualified coach, Sally continues to work with individuals to reach their maximum potential or overcome challenging situations and we talk through the benefits of coaching, having a career coach and finding a career coach, she has lots of amazing advice to share in this space.
