This week we meet with Ed Hubennette.

Ed has an amazing career, starting off in the military in Vietnam to working across the Americas, many, many different cities in Asia and Europe and specifically London.

Ed has had a profound impact on many peoples careers, worked in the first-ever Marriott hotel, met many celebrities through his 46-year career in hotels. We chat through so many things during the interview, everything from working in Asia, New York, London 2012 and the benefits of executive coaching.

We also talk through the qualities of a great leader, the difference between leaders like Bill Marriott and Donald Trump along with the qualities others have to show when working with Ed.
