This week we are meeting with Kim Kenific all about her career. 

Kim has had a great career, starting in the agency world and growing from there, she has worked for massive corporations like Marriott International, she has worked for associations and also smaller companies too, she now works for herself.

Kim has been a tremendous mentor to so many, we chat developing others, managing through change, saying no to others when you have to and being a woman in high-level leadership roles balancing family life alongside the pressures of her role.
