Peter is the Operations Director at Russell Partnership Technology and has a really varied career starting in hotels, managing big events to now being responsible for business development, technology development and training others.

We chat about starting his career, how Peter took a pretty bold step to get experience, managing other peoples expectations, presenting and how important preparation is, how he builds trust with others when training them and how the current pandemic has changed his business.
