Getting beyond the ideas and concepts - the effort and coordination to create a podcast can be a challenge.  The 3 Famous Guys share the multiple barriers they work on to create each podcast.  Located in three different states with multiple demands on time and schedules, in addition to aligning their schedules with their guests was only one of the multiple issues that postponed the creation of a podcast.  Additional challenges included technology issues, platform, editing software limitations and equipment failures.  Once all of those were overcome, just talking proved to be more difficult than anticipated.  Three friends meeting someone new and engaging in lively conversation takes time, practice and sometimes, multiple sessions.  Microphones, mixers, computers, headphones, software, recording platforms, cameras, scripts or no scripts, lighting, podcast locations, dealing with noise, booking guests... These are just some of the components we have to deal with on each podcast. Motivation! Staying consistent. Time management.
