I my mentoring practice I often support people who find it difficult to land a new employment. We spend quality time to explore why this might be the case and what maybe needs to be improved or changed. What often surprises them is, that we are not only talking about how to best update their CV and/or their online profile. Of course this is needed. But it is by far not the only thing that needs to be explored to increase their chances to find that job they are looking for.
