Since 1997, Punchline set out to write meaningful, heartfelt songs and share them with the world. At the same time, they were also unknowingly writing one of the strangest band stories imaginable. By late 1999, there was no turning back for Punchline. They had made the important step of adding a fourth member, and they wasted no time getting back in the studio. This led to the recording of Major Motion Picture, an 8 song album that was packed with heart and harmonies.
With a growing fanbase and a mutually shared ambition, it was during this era that the band decided to pursue a music career full-time. By the summer of 2001, Punchline set out on their first full U.S. tour. The adventure had truly begun.
