Beverley Brown is a senior leader, entrepreneur, and investor with a track record of building ventures that blend financial innovation, gender equality, and social purpose. She co-founded and scaled Nicoll Curtin to 90+ staff across three continents, and now leads purpose-driven businesses including Sherloc, a fintech platform for SMEs, and Kenbury Associates, a strategic consultancy for C-suite teams.

Her leadership spans commercial strategy, community-building, and inclusive growth. At Women in Banking & Finance (WIBF), Beverley launched national programmes supporting over 10,000 women, built the Entrepreneurs Network, and helped shape policy and partnerships across the financial sector. She also led commercial strategy at The Female Lead, engaging an audience of 8.6 million.

Beverley is passionate about women’s economic empowerment and has raised over £500,000 for NSPCC/Childline, now chairing their 40th Anniversary Fundraising Committee. She co-founded Stronger Together, the UK’s first cross-industry gender equality alliance, and regularly collaborates with UHNW individuals, family offices, and institutional investors.
