Brittany stepped out into competition for the first time as a blue belt this weekend!  She was trying to fly under the radar and not let anyone know she was competing to try and relieve some of the pressure competition brings.  We talk about how competitions can bring lots of stress and pressure and how valuable it can be to work through those moments in our lives.  Listen in to hear how it went!
