This week I interviewed Semi Professional Cricketer, Jaykishan Plaha. We talk about his athletic journey and focus on his story of overcoming adversity after his almost career ending injury summer of 2019. Jay and I discuss mindset, mental health issues and how he is on the road to making a full recovery and comeback!
