Damian is the head of culture at Mars, Incorporated, where The Mars Five Principles are a real decision making tool and engagement and recognition matter. Mars is a 12 time Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award winner.

Damian has worked in diverse environments from a cardboard box factory, telemarketing offices and a family business to South Pacific atolls (on assignment for the Royal Geographical Society and BBC Radio 4), Gallup and for the last 11 years, Mars. He is a very amateur endurance athlete, kindness fan and husband and father.
