Acceptance of the burnout | Episode #04 | A kinder Lifestyle

After getting diagnosed with a burnout and understanding that all those symptoms have a cause, we start getting evil thoughts that make us sometimes self blame, and say we didn't do better, we were not capable of handling life. Wrong, in this episode I speak about flipping the narrative, and helping myself to help myself. It's funny that when this type of illness happens, we can be quick to say we're the problem and be our worst enemy. Listen in and find out how can you befriend yourself <3!
