In this episode, I’m talking about overthinking. Something that many mums wrestle with.


Whether it’s making a decision, starting something new, or figuring out what’s next, it can be easy to get stuck in the “thinking about it” phase and never actually move forward.


I’m talking through the link between perfectionist thinking and overthinking, why it’s not your fault, and how to gently get yourself out of the swirl and into momentum… one step at a time.

- What overthinking really looks and feels like (especially in motherhood)

- Why your brain wants to stay stuck in the “thinking” phase

- What perfectionism has to do with it (and how to spot it)

- How to create a feeling of safety when making a decision
