In this episode, I share one of the hardest times of my life. I put it all out there in the hopes that it will help someone, somewhere. I have come a long way, but telling my story is a reminder of what I fight for everyday. Sometimes we have to shatter completely to learn how to put ourself back together.

My message is one of strength and personal growth through the toughest of times. My hope is for people dealing with similar issues to listen and know they are never alone, and they are much stronger than they know.
