Today I am reviewing Tribes By Seth Godin. This book focuses on bring people together in tribes who have a common goal. Tribes are built with leaders not managers and connection is key. Bigger is not always better. The connection between the tribe members and the leader are so important for growth and achievement. Focus on the quality of the supporter rather than the quantity of them. You'll get so much farther with 5 of your amazing friends rather than 100 strangers you can barely hold a conversation with. Remember that and ENJOY.
