This episode is all about maximizing gains in the form of muscle. I have been making some insane progress lately and I wanted to share it with you all. I have made some massive updates in my training in order to starting using all three pathways for muscle growth and push the intenisty higher I have discovered my training style that I can really progress with. Focus on intensity, not volume. Yes, volume is extremely important but not without sufficient hard training in place. Take from this what you will. ENJOY!
