An Oasis for Your Mind - Sleep Version (Inner Sanctuary Series)
🌄SLEEP VERSION: This guided visualization is part of the Inner Sanctuary series, a collection of meditative journeys created to guide you into a restorative, healing space within.Â
During this practice, you’ll journey to a temple on the side of a mountain, a place untouched by the daily stress, expectations, and responsibilities of your day to day life. It’s simply a space to decompress, reset, and come back to yourself.Â
We begin this experience with a few deep breaths, before moving into the journey. This journey includes mountain imagery, a pool scene, water sound effects, and healing music throughout. After the familiar chime, the music will gently fade out, without any guided closing, allowing you to drift off to sleep.
