JL: TOA is based on the graphic novel arc, "Throne of Atlantis," in both "Aquaman" and "Justice League" titles, by Geoff Johns and Paul Pelletier. The film stars Matt Lanter as Arthur Curry/Aquaman, Sam Witwer as Orm the Oceanmaster, Jason O'Mara as Batman, Rosario Dawson is Wonder Woman, Nathan Fillion is Green Lantern and Sean Astin is Shazam.
