As black leaders, we think a lot about whether or not we’re being included, understood and empowered to thrive but don’t always see how we aren’t including others who may have different economic backgrounds, sexual orientations, ethnicity, etc. We unpack why that is, our unconscious biases and what we need to do differently to bring about holistic inclusion on our teams.
