Joe is an accomplished business owner and executive manager known for decisive, analytical leadership and building strong partnerships with vendors, clients, and investors. After years in corporate marketing and business development, he became a serial entrepreneur, owning and later selling a custom home audio/video company and the Chicago restaurant Unite Urban Grill. He went on to co-found Ten Mile House and DB3 Donuts in Evanston, and Fred’s Garage in Winnetka—each still thriving today. Joe has also consulted with small businesses to streamline operations, increase revenue, and prepare for growth. He now leads the launch of Hell on Earth, an online brand creating environmentally conscious, high-end products designed to protect people from a harsh planet. Across all ventures, Joe’s focus has remained business operations, strategy, finance, partnerships, and systems development.
