Pirmame susitikime su teisininke Aiste Augustauskaite-Keršiene kalbėjome apie autorių teises kūrėjo veikloje, kaip apsaugoti savo kūrinius ir kuo skiriasi autorių teisės nuo registruoto dizaino.
Šis įrašas – skirtas tiems, kas praleido progą atvykti į Solo Society, ir tiems, kas nespėjo užsirašinėti patarimų ir susirinkti visų išminties perlų, kuriais be teisininkės dalinosi ir The Critical vadovas Algirdas Orantas bei dizaino strategė ir kūrybos vadovė Aistė Bikauskė.
Teisininkė A.Augustauskaitė-Keršienė yra sukaupusi nemažai patirties intelektinės nuosavybės srityje. Ilgą laiką ji dirbo “Alma littera” įmonių grupėje, o šiuo metu Aistė vadovauja teisės skyriui lietuviškame aksesuarų prekės ženkle BURGA bei dėsto Mykolo Romerio universitete.
