The Silent Partner (1978) - Additional Crew Film Review

“There’s nothing more important than podcasting, and our attitude must reflect that attitude. We’re the ones that handle the talking. There’s nothing more important than that.”

Welcome to Additional Crew, the spoiler-heavy review show where we choose whatever random film we want to talk about. This episode we bring to you “A timid bank teller anticipates a bank robbery and steals the money himself before the crook arrives. When the sadistic crook realizes he's been fooled, he tracks down the teller and engages him in a cat-and-mouse chase for the cash.” I am of course talking about Daryl Duke’s “The Silent Partner” from 1978. The film which won Canadian Film Awards best picture, best direction, and gave Christopher Plummer a nomination for best performance.

Up next: The Last Supper (2005)
