Do you feel confused about who you are, and where you’re going?
Are you tired of wondering why you’re different from those around you, or of questioning whether you were made ”wrong”?
In this Podcast, I want to help you:
(1) understand your identity in Christ, including your unique ADHD brain
(2) know what matters to you
(3) become the woman God is calling you to be
(4) set boundaries that will protect your journey to God-centered confidence.
By understanding who you are and where you are going, you will become a more confident version of yourself.
And when you become consistently confident in who you are, you will improve every area of your life as a result (your marriage, your parenting, your work, your mental health, and more!).
If you’re ready to embrace who God’s designed you to be and to be consistently confident in that person - let’s get to it!

89 // Rejection Sensitivity in ADHD | How to Stop Spiraling
Rejection sucks.
It doesn’t feel good.
But what do you say to yourself when you feel rejected?
Or when you feel like you’ve failed?
This is where confidence comes in. Confidence about the truths of who you are.
In today’s episode, I will unpack the feelings of Rejection Sensitivity (RS) and failure we often experience in ADHD. Then I will give you a few things you can do when you are starting to catastrophize or spiral. I hope you enjoy today’s topic!
