Meet Keith Dolby - Franchising Consultant/Adviser/Broker I love entrepreneurship – no surprises there, right!?! I also know that many, many small businesses fail within the first five years of operation. That’s a hard statistic to stomach. Failures happen for many reasons, and some of them include lack of systems in business, and the owner not knowing how to ‘get’ customers. Meet my friend, Keith Dolby.
