Discovering the truth about false narratives on certain topics is harder to process through than when we go through it as a kid, but the sequence is the same. I discuss all life topics in candid yet compassionate ways, but not to overwhelm- and the compass is always set on optimal personal health & community strength. This show is for those starting to wonder about or question some things, but don't like anything too dark or scary.

In this episode #2, I tell My Story, from growing up in rural Iowa to all my 8 lives lived so far at college in the University of Iowa, first job in "big city" Kansas City, living and working overseas in London England, travelling around the world and what I learned & loved, loving beautiful exotic foreign women hard twice for about 5 years each, to finding myself and reinventing myself multiple times, to starting the Kansas City Wellness Club, what happened there, and my next chapter as a transformation wellness coach.

I've lived a very bless and fortunate life, and while I don't like talking about myself, it's important that I let you all know who I am and where I'm coming from both in doing this podcast, as well as my mission in my work to help people achieve optimal health and local community business integration...
