Chris for into real estate 34 years ago, and Lauren dives right in. It started by being exposed to his dad’s commercial real estate buildings when he was younger. In the 90s, they built over 100 homes, profiting on each. When the 2008 crash came, though, things weren’t good. He had A LOT of homes in his name. To get back in the game, and make good on what he owed, Chris bought a list and started calling. Now, Chris is focused on doing deals with his community members using what he’s learned since the crash. Some of the community members are in Florida, which naturally piques Lauren’s interest.
