But that type of leadership is skill based and can be learned. Even if you aren’t a formal leader, developing these leadership skills will help you perform at a higher level and grow your career in a production role within a company. You’ve interacted with groups – even if you don’t have a lot of work experience yet. You might have been on a dance or sports team, student council, or been part of a student-lead group in college.
