How to Make Cacio e Pepe Perfectly Every Time with Danny Freeman
Katie sits down with Danny Freeman, the pasta-loving creator behind @dannylovespasta, to talk about his passion for all things carb-loaded and delicious. What started as a creative outlet during paternity leave from his job as a nonprofit lawyer—sharing pasta recipes while caring for his daughter—quickly turned into a full-time career he hasn’t looked back on. Now a proud dad of two girls and the creator of a popular viral Lasagna Soup recipe (yes, listen in for all the details), Danny is celebrating the release of his second cookbook, Italian-ish, packed with easy pasta recipes, quick sheet pan meals, and irresistible Italian-inspired dishes you’ll want to make on repeat. Follow Danny @dannylovespasta and check out his new cookbook Italian-ish.
