My first true podcast is here and it's from a video I've been wanting to knock out for a while. I want to vent to you about the Pros and Cons of Living in Knoxville TN. It's been a long road but I will tell you 4 pros to living in Knoxville and 4 cons to living in Knoxville. It's all opinion, but it's real because it's my experience from growing up in Knoxville.  As a Knoxville Realtor, of course, I want you to come and buy a home here. Heck, I'd love for you to come move here period! Homeowner or not. If you're listening to me, you have to be awesome. Still, I want to give you both sides of the coin. As great as the area is to live, there are some downsides. So here you go.
