The Bible in Philippians 4:3-7 and 1 Corinthians 7:32-34 tells us that there are two forms of anxiety: 1) holy anxiety, worrying about pleasing the Lord or enduring His wrath, and 2) unholy anxiety, trusting in ourselves or someone else over God.

The Bible also gives us two remedies for sinful anxiety: Prayer and Thanksgiving.
