In this episode, Yasmin Elzomor shares her story of the out-of-body spiritual awakening she had at 21 years old and how that led to the purpose-driven life she’s living today. We talk about how to deal with the confusion, overwhelm, and loneliness that’s commonly felt after an intense spiritual experience or “awakening”, and how to transform those feelings into something purposeful.
“From that point forward, it just spiraled into stepping into my power and learning more about myself and helping other people tap into their own power because we all have it, it’s available to us all, we just have so much programming on top of it that we don’t see it,” Yasmin says.
She’s so right – you DO have the power to design the life you dream of – or even a life that’s beyond anything you’ve dreamt of yet. It may require a bit of grief in letting go of your past self and facing your truth, but you need to be willing to dive into that discomfort… because when you do that, you open yourself up to a life of new possibilities.
