Aluminiumpodden #19 – Fagerhult and Hydro – a collaboration to close the loop
In this episode of “Aluminiumpodden,” also known as the aluminium podcast, Ulrika and Ruth shine a spotlight on Fagerhult – a leading provider of energy-efficient and sustainable lighting solutions for various professional and public environments in Europe.
Fagerhult is one of Hydro’s partners and uses aluminium in many of their products. Most notably, Fagerhult and Hydro Extrusion Sweden have begun exploring circular processes in a pilot project focused on aluminium reuse. In this joint pilot project, Hydro Extrusion Sweden and Fagerhult are examining how to utilise extruded aluminium while maintaining its material properties.
Tune in as Niclas Thulin, Sustainability Manager at Fagerhult, shares his insights and future visions on how this pilot project could contribute to a more sustainable future for both Fagerhult and the industry.
And don’t miss our popular mini game show, “The Aluminium Riddle,” where Ruth challenges Niclas and Ulrika with an aluminium-themed riddle.
