About Mansi Jasuja:
Mansi’s life is a tapestry woven with unconventional experiences, taking her from practicing architecture in Delhi, India, to becoming a practitioner designing and hosting transformative conversations and processes in Europe, now based in The Hague. Deeply rooted in the principles of social justice, equality, and service (‘sewa’), she embodies the spirit of a heart-centered warrior—a lineage she traces to both her Sikh heritage and her yoga practice.
An environmentalist since childhood, Mansi’s passion for the planet guided her through diverse urban environmental disciplines with organizations like the United Nations, European Union, and CARE-India. In 2008, a profound sense of climate urgency led her to pivot her career, embracing a path of unlearning and relearning. Over the past 15 years, she has focused on participatory leadership, systems change, DEI, and empowerment, creating spaces for meaningful connection and transformation.
An artist, storyteller, and creative force, Mansi is also a skilled process designer and an international speaker. Her real work, however, often manifests in invisible ways: the courage sparked in someone’s actions, the joy sensed in shared spaces, and the connections that deepen and expand the state of being.
