The weave of Dr. Babbage's family heritage of science, faith, industrialist advancement, human rights, civil, is vital to her public service, especially in light of Kamala Harris running as president. Dr. Babbage's parents were wed and blessed religiously in an inter-racial marriage in Atlanta at the height of the U.S. civil rights era in the 1960s. She has experienced homelessness, has two masters and a PHD, cares deeply about the education of children having served as a teacher. She is an author and co-author of several books, one on the history of eugenists that morphed from Europe to America.
