Among You is a podcasting project that aims to demystify the narrative that LGBTQ+ persons are alien to the Ugandan experience by sharing how similar our experiences are as country persons regardless of sexual orientation or gender. By #LGBTQ+ voices, the project seeks to raise awareness and understanding of LGBTQ+ issues among the wider Ugandan society, and to promote a more inclusive and tolerant society. The goal of this project is reclaim the narrative of the realities of LGBTQ+ persons in Uganda and influence positive attitude and policy change.
