About Amy Kate Bowe:

Amy helps women finally get the results they want from their training through understanding their cycle.

She uses holistic wellness and functional lab testing to balance their hormones, cultivate a healthy cycle and get them the results they have always wanted.

Amy has a Bachelor of Exercise Science + Nutrition and a Masters in Dietetics.

Amy offers 12 years of experience in coaching, nutrition, hormonal health and training.

In the last 12 years she have helped 100’s of women finally get the results they want in their training through understanding their cycle.

Prior to this, Amy was a Dietitian working in the Eating Disorder Space.

Amy focuses on helping women connect powerfully to themselves, rebalance their hormones, teaching them how to train with their cycle and to reignite their connection with their sexuality and feminine energy, so they can finally get the results they want in their training…… all while they navigate life as a Mama, wife, partner and friend.

Amy believes that the quality of our cycle determines the quality of our training and life and libido and relationship to ourselves.
