The A.N.D Podcast is so excited to introduce our first guest of Season 2!

Maria Mangione is a four stripe white belt in BJJ and has been training at Club MMA in Cincinnati, OH since January of 2019. She is also a Muay Thai practitioner for two years at the same gym.

She talks with Dave and Aaron about her BJJ and Martial Arts journey and what it takes to progress! In the back half of the episode Aaron and Dave reflect on their conversation with Maria and have a deep dive into their conversation!
