In the future, time begins ticking away in Vault 63 as outside forces try to break their way into the Overseer’s Office where the gang has taken refuge from the electrified ghouls. As the dust settles, Mr. Dark gets a story that he may not have anticipated in his search for what he wants.

As the gang tells their story, they recount a particular trip to the Vault 69 Gym. Despite some reservations, the gang has their own individual reasons for checking it out- and some of them are presented with various dangerous challenges by its proprietor: the one and only Chad Johnson.
