Ardent Run Club: Episode 57 - Paul Doxford - 30 Years and Running

On this episode, Tomi speaks to Paul Doxford of South Shields Harriers who has spent a lifetime in running.

Paul grew up playing football, but when he picked up running, he never looked back. Over the years he has competed in events from 1500m, up to marathons and as if that's not enough, he's looking to smash a few ultras!

Paul shares his experiences running, the highs and the lows, peak fitness and worst injuries. He talks about his best races and worst races. He shares his training plans and what motivates him to train even still after so long in the sport.

Paul really stresses the importance of enjoying your running and getting it done while you can!

His story is one of joy and perseverance. Make sure you listen all the way through!
