Ardent Run Club: Episode 58 - Jay Bowley - Marathon Moments

On this episode, Tomi speaks with Jay Bowley - a marathoner for Jarrow and Hebburn AC.

Jay started running as a teenager, orignally running for Gateshead Harriers, but after more than a few years out of the sport, he joined Jarrow and Hebburn.

Jay has completed 4 of the 6 world marathon majors and is looking to complete the remaining two in the next two years.

Today Jay tells us about his training experiences and his racing experiences. He shares his best marathon moments and his worst marathon moments, along with a few goals that he still has.

Jay's story is very interesting and one that many can relate to.

We hope you learn something, we hope you get inspired and we hope you Find Your Fire.
